We are seeking dedicated and skilled Concrete Workers to join our team at FADRIN. We undertake diverse and exciting projects both locally in Lithuania and internationally. Skills & Experience

To be considered for the role of Concrete Worker, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry. Proficiency in setting forms, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces is essential, along with a solid understanding of proper concrete mixing, curing, and reinforcement techniques. Experience using hand and power tools related to concrete work is also required.

It would be great if you can also read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications, have worked on international projects before, or have a specialized license. Additionally, knowing English is a bonus and can help with communication on various project sites. These additional skills are not required but would make you an even stronger candidate.
